2 slices Rye bread
2 slices white bread
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 med. onion, chopped
4 sprigs parsley
3 tbsp. Parmesean cheese
1 egg
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 cup of water over bread. Let soak, mash with fork. Add chopped onion and parsley, grated cheese, egg salt & pepper. Mix together. Shape into loaf. Dot butter over top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Pour tomato sauce over meat. Sprinkle meat with Italian seasoning and cook 20 minutes longer.
