2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. ginger
pepper & garlic
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
I always use London Broil and cube it up. Soak the bamboo skewers at least 1 hour prior to use in water. With the London Broil I also add onions, bacon, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and cut up green and red peppers.
