1 can Medium Artichokes chopped large
1 box frozen Chopped Spinach
I cup real mayo
1 cup good parmesan cheese
1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1-2 cloves fresh garlic minced
1 T Franks Red Hot
Optional Red Pepper Flakes

Serve with Blue Corn Chips, Hot French Bread or carrots and celery.
Can also be spooned into a bread bowl

Squeeze all liquid off the spinach set aside on paper towels.
Chop the Artichokes in large pieces. Hold back 1/2 cup of the Pepper Jack cheese, Mix all ingredients, folding gently in a pie pan.
Top with 1/2 cup of Pepper Jack. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 till bubbly. Broil on High just a few minutes till golden brown. Serve Hot.

If you rewarm it gets oily so don't reheat in microwave.
