4 cups untreated whole wheat flour
4 cups untreated white flour
2 packages active dry yeast
2 cups warm water
3/4 cup preservative free oil
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine 2 cups whole wheat and 2 cups white flour and yeast. Combine warm water, oil, sugar and salt. Add this to the dry mixture in the bowl. Add the eggs and beat at low speed scraping the sides of the bowl constantly. Beat for 3 minutes at high speed.
By had stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn out on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Place in a bowl greased with the oil, turning once to grease all surfaces. Cover and let rise until it has doubled in size. This takes about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide into 3 portions. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Divide each portion of dough into 8 pieces. Shape each piece into a round ball and press flat. Place on baking sheer greased with the oil and press to3 1/2 inch circles. Let rise until double in size, about 30 minutes.
Bake in 375º oven for 10 minutes, Remove from sheets and let cool on a wire rack.
