2 1/4 Cups Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter,softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 4-serving size vanilla instant pudding mix
2 eggs
1 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
1 cup nuts-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and baking soda, set aside. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large bowl. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs, Add flour, then stir in chips and nuts. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Makes 7 dozen cookies. For chocolate chocolate chip cookies, substitute chocolate flavor instant pudding for the vanilla
