4 med. yellow crookneck squash
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. natural seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut squash crosswise. Steam until slightly tender. In a large saucepan, combine butter, curry powder, and seasoning salt. Add squash. Sauté until tender and completely coated.
