1/2 red onion
5 cloves garlic
garlic salt
oregano
cayenne pepper
1/2 c. brown sugar
green onion
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until well blended. Marinate meat in this mixture in large ziploc bags in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

While grilling or broiling the meat, continue to brush the marinade onto the meat. Dispose of any unused marinade.
