2 cups water 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup dry instant coffee (fresh) 1/2 chopped vanilla bean 1 1/2 cup vodka
Boil water, dissolve the sugar in the water. Remove from heat and slowly stir in the instant coffee until it is all dissolved. Add vodka and vanilla bean and place in a bottle. cover and shake once a day for three weeks. In four weeks, stain & filter.
