5 T. sugar; 6 T. olive oil; 1/2 c. drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes; 1/4 c. red wine vinegar; 1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced; 1/2 lb. penne rigate,cooked; 1/2 lb. gemelli pasta, cooked; 12 oz. plum tomatoes, coarsley chopped and seeds removed; 8 oz. fresh water packed mozzarella cheese, drained and cut into 1/2 inch pieces; 1 c. (packed) fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced; 1 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese (about 3 oz.); 1/2 c. black olives, drained and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, red wine vinegar and garlic in a food processor until tomatoes are coarsley chopped. Then mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill.

When I make this I only use about 1/2 of a 1/4 c. of red wine vinegar.
