1 1/2 lb. ground beef; 1 onion, chopped (approx. 1 c.); 2 garlic cloves, crushed; 1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes; 2 med. celery stalks (approx. 1 c.); 3 T. chili powder; 2 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp. sugar; 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans; 1 green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir beef, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain. Stir in tomatoes (with liquid), celery, salt, chili powder, sugar and worcestershire sauce. Stir in beans. Continue heating until it simmers.
