1 cup butter softened
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ¼ cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 6 oz. bag of caramels
3 T cream
Powered sugar




Directions:
Directions:
Combine: butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Reduce speed to low and add flour, beat scraping down bowl, beat until soft dough forms. Divide dough in half. Roll into 6”x 2” logs, wrap in plastic. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice dough into ¼’ slices, Bake 10 minutes or until light brown. Let stand 5 minutes on cookie sheet…then place on cooling rack.

Caramel middle: melt caramels and cream until smooth. Spread onto cool cookie and top with another cookie. Sprinkle powdered sugar over cookies.
