4 1/2 cup sugar
1 tall can carnation evaporated milk
1 1/3 cup butter
Mix in heavy sauce pan, bring to boil and continue to boil for 8 min. Remove from heat and add:
1- 8 oz marshmallow cream
3 small packages chocolate chips
2 cups walnuts

Line a 9x13x2 inch pan with wax paper and butter well. After second group of ingredients have been added, Mix well and pour into pan.
