1 C. sugar
1 C. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 large head cabbage, shredded
1/2 of a large green pepper, diced
1/2 of a large red pepper, diced
1/2 large onion, chopped
1-2 ribs clery, diced
1 large carrot, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat first 5 ingredients to just boiling, remove from heat and cool.
Mix remaining ingredients together, then mix well with dressing.
Chill 1-2 hours before serving.

Sometimes I add 1/2 C. oil to the dressing. It is really good both ways.
