3 oz. pk cream cheese, softened
1 C. shortening
1 C. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2-1/2 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together first 5 ingredients until light and fluffy.
Sift together the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Put through cookie press and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
