1 1/4 butter, melted
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
1 1/2 cup cool whip, large container
1 (8-oz.) cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 sm. boxes butterscotch pudding, instant
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and nuts together. Press in a 9 x 14 pan. Bake for 15 min. on 350 F. Chill throughly.

Combine cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups cool whip and sugar. Blend with mixer. Spread on chilled crust. Chill.

Then mix milk, pudding mix and vanilla. spread over cream cheese layer. Chill.

Spread remainder of cool whip on top.. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
