2 c. white cherries, halved and pitted
2 c. pineapple chunks
2 c. mandarin orange sections
2 c. quartered marshmallows
1/4 lb. almond meats, chopped
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. cream
juice of one lemon
1 c. cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine well drained fruits, add marshmallows and nut meats. Beat eggs until light; add sugar, cream and lemon juice. Put in a double boiler and cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour over the fruit mixture and mix lightly. Refrigerate 24 hours and serve.

For the cherries, I use the canned Royal Ann cherries. For the pineapple and oranges, I also use canned fruits.
