1 bunch broccoli, chopped, some flowerettes reserved
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped
4 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons diet margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth to a boil. Cook broccoli in broth. Saute apple and onion in margarine until soft. Process in food processor until smooth. Garnish with sour cream and broccoli flowerettes.
