1 40oz can of yams
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white or brown sugar
1 cup syrup from canned yams

Directions:
Directions:
Place yams in a shallow baking dish.
In a sauce pan combine syrup from can, sugar, butter and cook to boil until thickened.
Pour sauce over yams.
Bake in 325 oven for 20 to 30 min.
