2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. applesuace
2 eggs
4 granny smith apples

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse, core, and chop apples. Set aside.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together.

In a separate bowl, mix honey, vanilla, apple sauce, and eggs.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. and mix well. Add the
chopped apples.

Pour into a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees
for 35 minutes.
