1 pound lump crabmeat
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco
1 egg
3 Tablespoons fine bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl,except the crabmeat.Add the crab ,ever so carefully,combine without breaking up the lumps.(mixture will be very moist.form the crab mixture into eight cakes.Have some bread crumbs in your left hand and lay the cake on the crumbs, turn.do the other side.use a minimum of crumbs.dont flatten the cakes ,leave them rounded.chill well in refrigerator.saute in the butter until golden,turning carefullyJust a few minutes will do it.
