4 baking potatoes
1 teaspoon butter flavored salt
2 egg whites
pinch of cream of tartar
pinch of pepper
1 teaspoon chives
1/2 to 3/4 cup of skim milk
3 tablespoons grated sharp cheddar cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub,pierce and bake potatoes at 400 degrees until done.slice in half.combine the salt,egg whites and cream of tartar in a bowl of your mixer.and whip until the mixture makes peaks.scoop out the potatoes and put in another bowl.Add pepper and chives and beat,adding a little milk at a time until fluffy.fold the egg white mixture into the whipped potatoes and pile the mixture back into the potato skins.sprinkle the top of each potato half with grated cheese and paprika and return them to the oven which you have raised to 425 degrees.bake until cheese is melted.
