Ingredients:  
4 large potatoes
1 large or 2 small onions
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 inch square dish ,slice potatoes thin and alternate with sliced onions.Season with salt,dot with butter.Mix flour and milk.Add to casserole.It will thicken as it cooks.Ham cubes or cheese can be added if desired.Bake at 450 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
