1 bag of spinach or 1 head of lettuce, cleaned and drained, well
1 cup celery
1 cup green peppers
1 medium onion
1 pkg frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 cup miracle whip, mixed with 2 tbsp. sugar
1 (6 oz,) pkg shredded cheddar cheese
12-14 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except salad dressing. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 12 hrs. Toss with salad dressing when ready to serve.
