4-5 zucchini, shredded coarsely
1 - 2 tsp. salt
1 pat of butter
1 jar Ragu,spagehetti sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and trim zucchini and shred coarsely. Arrange shreds in layers in a bowl, sprinkling salt on each layer. Leave for 30 minutes. Rinse and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

Melt a little butter in pan, add zucchini, toss frequently, cooking over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes.

In a baking dish, alternate layers of zucchini, spaghetti sauce, and grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
