4 lbs. zucchini
1/2 c. parmesean cheese, grated
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. bread crumbs
3 or 4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini, drain well and mash. Mix all ingredients well. Place in well greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
