Mushrooms
Mushroom stems
popcorn shrimp
bread crumbs
egg
parmnesean cheese, grated
garlic, crushed
Italian Seasoning, scant
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and pull the stems out of the mushroom caps. Mix all of the other ingredients and stuff into the mushroom caps and place on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until crusty and golden.
