4 minute steaks
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bacon
4 slices polish sausage
1 small white onion sliced into thin rings
2 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil

Sauce
2 large onions finely chopped
6 mushrooms sliced
2 c chicken broth
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spread each steak with about 1 tsp mustard. Season with salt and pepper. On each steak place 1 slice bacon, 1 slice polish sausage, 3 onion rings and 1/2 hard boiled egg. Roll up and tie with thread. In a large skillet heat oil. Add rolled steaks and brown on all sides. Remove from pan. Add onions and green pepper and sauté 8 min until brown. Add mushrooms and cook another 5 min. Return meat to pan and pour in chicken broth. Cover and cook over medium heat for one hour. Mix flour into 1 c cold water until smooth. Stir into broth and bring broth back to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with mashed potatoes.
