4 1/2 c. Flour
3 T. Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
2 pks Dry Yeast
1 1/4 c. Buttermilk
1/2 c. Water
1/2 c. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 1/2 c. flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and yeast in large mixing bowl; Set aside.
Combine buttermilk, water, and butter in small pan; heat to 120 degrees stirring well. Add to flour. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Gradually add remaining flour.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl turning to grease top. Cover, let rise in warm place for 30 min. Punch down dough. Shape into rolls. Place in greased muffin pan. Let rise for 30 min. bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min. Brush tops with butter.
