2 9" regular frozen pie shells
3 C. pecans
4 Eggs
4 1/2 TBS Butter, melted
3/4 C dark corn syrup
1 1/2 C Sugar
3 TBS Bourbon. (Optional)
4 1/2 oz semi-sweet choc mini morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º

Cover bottom of pie shells with pecans

In a bowl whisk together the eggs, melted butter. Add the corn syrup, sugar, bourbon and chocolate - stir all together until combined.

Pour mixture into pie shells over pecans. Bake pies on a heavy duty cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes. Lower oven to 350and continue to bake an additional 25 minutes/until pie is set.
