1 lb. powdered sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1/4 lb. butter or margarine 1 T. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, optional
In a large mixing bowl, combine and blend sugar and cocoa. Add milk and margarine. DO NOT STIR! Cook in microwave on high for 2 min. Remove from oven and stir just to combine ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into greased 8x8 in. pan. Refrigerate 1 hr. Cut into serving pieces.
