8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
32 ounces bologna
small onion (approx. 1/2 cup)
pickle relish (approx. 1/2 cup)
mayonaise (approx. 1 1/2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the bologna, cheese and onion through a meat grinder. Add the pickle relish and mayonaise and mix well. May need to add more mayo.

Spread the mixture on hot dog buns. Wrap each individually in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.

The buns may be frozen.
