2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup water

Icing
1/3 cup margarine
5 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, flour and soda. Set aside. Beat 2 eggs and buttermilk and mix with sugar and flour mixture. In a pan melt the margarine, cocoa and water. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and add vanilla. Spread in greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan 17 x 11. Cook for 20 minutes at 350º.

Beat all icing ingredients until smooth. Spread on warm cake.
