1 c. margarine, butter, or coconut oil
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 T. water
2 c. flour (11/2 white, 1/2 whole wheat)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. rolled oats
4 boxes Smarties

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the fat, add sugar and vanilla and cream well. Beat in eggs and water. Add the dry ingredients , blend well. Stir in rolled oats and Smarties. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet, slightly press down with a fork.
Bake at 370º for about 10 minutes. Cool one minute before removing from pan and completely cool before putting away.
