1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a regular size sauce pan, blend the dry ingredients well and add the milk. Using medium heat, bring to boil. Boil 3 minutes. Pour hot over ice cream. ENJOY.
