30 to 40 whole mushrooms
1 shallot
Butter
1 can (6 oz.) crab meat
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and separate caps from stems. Finely chop stems and shallot. Heat 2 tsp. butter in skillet and saute stems and shallot until moisture evaporates or shallots are tender. In large bowl mix crabmeat, cream cheese, lemon juice and mushroom mixture. In same skillet melt 2 T. butter and toss mushroom caps to coat. Place on baking sheet. Add approximately 1 tsp. of crab mixture to each cap. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes at 375 or until lightly browned.
