One pound hot sausage
3 1/2 cups Bisquick
10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Shape into balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Call make ahead and freeze until ready to bake.
