6 pound boneless pork butt
rock salt
1/2 bottle Wrights liquid smoke
Heavy duty aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Make deep slices in pork; rub rock salt into cuts. Place on heavy duty aluminum foil. Pour liquid smoke over meat and wrap tightly. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 500 degrees for one hour; then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 4 hours.
