1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon mustard
3 eggs
3 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs & sugar; add flour; then other ingredients. Cook until real thick, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.

Use this dressing for potato salad and deviled eggs. Can double or triple recipe and keep in refrigerator for months.
