1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1 large bag of butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Make pudding per the directions. Sdd cake mix to the puddsing. Pour into oblong baking pan. Layer chips on top; then layer the nuts.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
