2 large Zucchini Italian Sausage(bulk) 1 can seasoned chopped or stewed tomatoes mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup water
Wash and cut Zucchini lengthwise,hollow out middle and save, discard any seeds, add back into shells.put in baking dish ,add 1/2 cup water to bottom of pan, add sausage ,well drained, pour in tomatoes .add mozzarella cheese to top, bake at 350 for 30 mins
