1/2 lb. Bacon
4-6 medium to large Potatoes
1 small Sweet Onion
2 cups Milk
4-6 T. Flour
2 cans Creamed Corn
1 can Sweet Corn
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. Cut and dice onion. Cut bacon into bite size pieces. Brown bacon and onion in 5 quart dutch oven. Reduce heat and stir flour into bacon drippings one tablespoon at a time slowly add milk stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add potatoes salt and pepper to taste cook on medium low heat until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally be careful not to scorch milk (if mixture gets to thick add milk). Add creamed corn and drained sweet corn. Heat through and serve.
