1 lb. spiral macaroni, cook and rinse with hot water
2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 can peas, drained
2 c. sugar
1 pt. Hellmann's dressing
1 c. white vinegar
1 can Carnation milk



Dice the following items:

1 sm. onion
1 lg. green pepper
2 lg. carrots
1 c. celery

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, dressing and vinegar. Add milk. Combine all other ingredients and pour dressing over. It will be thin until it cools. Refrigerate in a covered bowl.
