1 c. sugar 1 c. butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt 5 eggs (beaten) 1 c. scalded milk 1 c. cold water 2 pkg. yeast (Rapid Rise works great) 1/4 c. water 8 to 10 c. flour
Mix sugar, butter and salt. Add eggs, then milk and 1 c. water. Disolve yeast in 1/4 c. warm water (follow pkg. directions) and add to mixture. Add flour. Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and let rise again. Shape into buns or rolls. Let rise again. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
