2 pkg. frozen broccoli or asparagus (or fresh) 2-3 c. chicken, cooked and cut up in lg. pieces 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. curry (scant) Grated sharp cheddar cheese Soft bread crumbs mixed with 1 T. melted butter
Arrange cooked broccoli in baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry; pour over chicken. Top with cheese and cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
