4 c. Flour
2 c. Butter
1 1/2 c. Sour Cream
2 Egg Yolks

Filling:
2 c. Chopped Nuts (fine)
2 c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
2 Egg Whites (un-beaten)

Dough:
Cut soft butter into flour until like cornmeal. Add sour cream and egg yolk. If dough is very sticky, add a little more flour. Divide dough into 6 balls, wrap in wax paper add chill 1 1/2 -2 hours.

Filling:
Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Add egg whites and blend until mixture is moistened.

Take one ball of dough at a time and roll as for pie crust until 12 inches across. Spread filling mixture on dough and cut pie-snapped strip with knife. Best to cut in 4, then each 1/4 into 3's. Roll each piece from the outer circle to the middle point. Place point down on un-greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375º near top of oven for 30 minutes.
