1 C. cooked liver (I use microwave)
1 small onion
1/4 C. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 hard cooked eggs
1/4 C. tartar sauce
1/4 C. Miracle Whip

Mix all together in food processor with knife blades until smooth.

When we used to buy beef by the side using the liver was always a problem as I was the only one who liked it. Paul developed this recipe for liver pate' which he likes on crackers with a glass of wine.
