1 8-oz. jar Cheese Whiz
2 T. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 10-oz. pk. frozen chopped brocolli, cooked and drained
2 C. chopped, cooked chicken
2 T. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Cheese Whiz until soft,blend in flour and egg yolks.
Beat egg white until stiff.
Stir remaining ingredients into cheese and then fold into the egg whites.
Pour into a 10x6" dish and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve immediately.
