1 c margarine, room temperature
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c white chocolate chips
1 (3oz) chocolate bar, chopped into chunks
1/2 c macadamia nuts
1/2 c dried cranberries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Cream margarine, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix to combine. Add oats and mix well.
Fold in white chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, macadamia nuts and dried cranberries.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
