2 cans carrots, drained and mashed
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
3 T flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
Pinch cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Grease a deep casserole. Blend all ingredients and pour into casserole. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º for 45 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Can be prepared in advance and baked the next day.
