Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cedar grilling plank
1 bunch seedless green grapes
1 bunch seedless red grapes
2 T olive oil
1 8 ounce wedge cheddar cheese
1 French baguette, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
At least one hour before grilling, soak grilling plank in water.

Prepare an indirect fire on your grill, with a medium-hot fire on one side and no fire on the other. Brush grapes (still attached to the stem) with olive oil and set aside. Place the cheese on the plank with the largest side of the wedge on the plank.

Place the plank on the no heat side of the grill and close the lid for 15-20 minutes until the cheese begins to ooze. Remove the plank and grill grapes directly on the medium hot grill, turning often, until grapes are scorched and blistered, about 4 minutes total. Arrange grapes beside the cheese on a serving platter and serve with a basket of sliced baguette.
